The Bishop's Committee

The Bishop’s Committee (BC) acts as the “board of directors” of this mission congregation. Members are elected at the Annual Meeting to serve for a term of three years. The B.C. is led by the two wardens, the Bishop’s Warden and the Junior Warden.

The Bishop’s Warden is appointed annually by the Vicar and provides leadership and support to the Vicar and, in the absence of the Vicar, is responsible for leadership of the mission. The Junior Warden is elected by the Bishop’s Committee and is referred to as the “People’s Warden.”

The Bishop’s Committee meets monthly, usually on the third Sunday of the month following the 10 a.m. service. If you are interested in serving on the Bishop’s Committee, please speak to Peter.
