Ushers

Ushers serve several key roles during worship services:

making sure that elements of the service and the roles of various participants flow smoothly
greeting each worshiper and offering the service bulletin
making sure the sound system and the lights are on
distributing the offertory plates and presenting them to the altar
selecting two people to present the sacraments during the offertory
informing Sunday School when it is time to come to worship
taking a count of total worshipers and those receiving communion

Currently ushers are scheduled once a month.
