In these eight rotations, we will be setting up the sanctuary altar for Sunday services in Pentecostal green, white for Christ the King and Thanksgiving services, Red for Saint Andrew's Day, and Advent blue. The colors for the Wednesday services follow the season unless we’re notified otherwise.

There will be signups for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day services. Sign up as you are able.

When assigned to a 4^th Saturday, talk with your partner about who/how/when you want to handle the washing of the linens and Vicar’s alb.

If/when you take linens home to launder, please remember to sign them out and return them by Tuesday. Please check the linens very carefully before ironing to be sure that all stains have been removed.

If a team member cannot make an assignment it is that person’s responsibility to get a replacement from our team or from another team. (You have been sent an Altar Guild Roster of all members, with phone numbers; this roster is also posted in the sacristy.) Please check your calendars carefully and get replacements as needed. Please note your replacement on the Team 2 schedule in the sacristy. Thank you!

When assigned to attend a service, please arrive a few minutes early and check to see that the altar is set up. If you cannot attend the service but would like to arrive after the service to assist with clean up, please communicate with your team member about this plan or get a replacement for that service.
