Jim Anderson Tapped as New Minister of Music at Saint Andrew’s

he search committee for the new Minister of Music, in consultation with the choir, is pleased to announce the confirmation of Jim Anderson as our new Minister of Music. Jim is a familiar face at Saint Andrew’s, and has certainly shown his dedication to the music program of our congregation He has done a terrific job of setting in motion our Youth Choir, something many have advocated for a long time.

Beyond the things we all think we know about Jim, he comes to us with an impressive background not only in church music, but also as a concert performer. He has directed and performed from Carnegie Hall to Cheyenne; from Tacoma to Tustin. We are looking forward to a fruitful partnership with Jim, as our music program grows and thrives.

We are looking to Jim for leadership in our Annual Choir Event on June 13, 1999. We are joining with him to take it in a somewhat different direction this year. Please save this date for a time of fellowship and refreshment. We feel that Jim’s dedication and expertise will be assets, both at the Choir Event, and to our musical experience in general.
